Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products
   All purchases of online test series, mock exams, and study material are non-refundable once access is granted, as these are digital products.
2. Duplicate Payment
   In case of accidental duplicate payment, we will initiate a full refund after verification within 7–10 business days.
3. Failed Transactions
   If your payment is deducted but not reflected in your account, please contact us with transaction details. After confirmation from the payment gateway/bank, the amount will be refunded or adjusted to your account.
4. Cancellation of Services
   Since access to test series is instant and digital, cancellations are not possible once a purchase is confirmed.
